A practical workflow for small service teams
Keep your next
follow-up in sight.
New inquiries. Open quotes. The people still waiting to hear from you. Turn the spreadsheet you already use into a clear daily action list.
One workflow. Fixed scope. Built in your Google Workspace.
Follow up on the quote
Jordan Lee · Garage repair
Respond to a new inquiry
Morgan Chen · Installation
Assign an owner
Alex Rivera · Service visit
Less spreadsheet sorting.
More useful next steps.
Bring inquiries together
Use one existing Google Sheet as the source of truth.
Spot what needs attention
See overdue replies, due follow-ups, and records that need a check.
Give someone the next move
Keep the owner, contact, and action together in one queue.
Try the actual sorting logic
A messy list.
A clear place to start.
Run the fictional sample below. Change a date, status, or owner to see the queue update. The sample stays in your browser.
Sample data only. Dates: YYYY-MM-DD. Status: new, contacted, quoted, won, or lost.
New inquiries are due on arrival. Contacted and quoted inquiries are due two days after the last contact. Won and lost inquiries stay out of the queue. Repeated emails are flagged for review.
Your follow-up queue
The first step is deliberately small
One workflow.
Ready to use.
For service businesses whose inquiries already land in Google Sheets and whose follow-ups still depend on someone remembering.
We agree on the inputs, rules, and acceptance checks before starting. The target delivery is two business days after scope, access, and the sample are ready.
Inquiry follow-up pilot
- One existing inquiry sheet, up to 1,000 rows
- An owner, next action, and due date for each open inquiry
- A daily internal email digest, if you want it
- A handoff guide and seven days of fixes for the agreed workflow
$125 to start after agreeing scope; $125 after the agreed checks pass. Your Google account owns the workflow. Any required subscriptions are agreed separately.
Describe your workflowOpens your email app. Start with a description; no customer data needed.
Before we start
A clear fit
makes a better pilot.
Will this send messages to my customers?
The pilot organizes follow-ups for your team. Customer messages remain a human action. The optional digest goes only to an internal address you choose.
What if my inquiries arrive somewhere else?
Email, CRM, and other sources may need a different scope. Describe the source first so we can check feasibility and price before you commit.
How will we know it works?
We test agreed sample inquiries, date rules, ownership, and the output together. Acceptance means those checks pass; it does not promise a particular sales result.
What does my team need to maintain?
Keep status, owner, and the last contact date current. The workflow uses those fields to decide what needs attention. You receive the instructions and source when we hand it over.
